Every room I use in my home is considered my little oasis whenever I’m there. Whether I’m cooking in the kitchen, working in my home office, or exercising in our theatre room (which, over the past year, has also become my workout room!), I want the space to be as conducive to the activity as possible. The same goes for my son. Particularly as he gets into the back-to-school groove, I am looking for ways to elevate the experience in his playroom where his work desk is, in the dining room as he completes homework while I cook in the kitchen, in his bedroom where he gets a good night’s sleep, and in the theatre room where he enjoys some downtime with video games. 1. Google Nest Hub smart display
I love the fact that smart displays add a visual element to the smart speaker experience, which can be helpful while cooking, listening to music (and watching the accompanying music videos), viewing a slideshow of photos, checking a calendar or to-do list, and getting help with tasks or homework.
