Hollywood legend Tom Cruise wants to sell his 320-acre Telluride, CO, ranch. Fans of the perennial A-lister wanted to catch a glimpse of his ultraprivate getaway and made it their mission to check out the listing. The intense interest propelled the ranch into the top spot on this week’s most popular homes on ®.

Cruise spent years buying up parcels of land in the mountains to assemble his luxe getaway. In 1994, he had a 10,000-square-foot mansion built on the site. He lived there with his previous wife Katie Holmes and their daughter, Suri, and even welcomed Oprah Winfrey to the house for a 2008 interview.

The movie star initially tried to sell the place in 2014 for $59 million, later dropping the price to a more reasonable $39.5 million.

Other homes you clicked on this week include a Victorian built in 2000 but designed to look much older, New Jersey’s most expensive home, and a fancy vacation house in California with a pool highlighted by a lazy river, slide, waterfalls, and swim-up bar.

Come float along with us as we count down this week’s 10 most popular properties.
